Stone Mountain

My Mom and I met Amy, Sebastian and her Mom Debbie at the Duluth Fall Fest this morning. Spent some time there checking stuff out. Then my Mom and I went to Stone Mountain. We did alot of walking. There were so many people there today. We had a great day.

6 Months

Coca-Cola Bear

At the new World of Coke museum, the Coca-Cola Bear is there and you can get your picture with him. He is so cute and unlike most Characters, the bear's eyes blink. I had to do a double take and stare at him to make sure he was really blinking.

Becoming a Man

Apollo wanted to tell you that he is a big boy now. He had a rough day but he slept through it all. His back end is a little sore and you can tell by the way he walks a little bit. He's doing really well though and wants to take naps right next to me and Mom.

I'm glad this process is behind him now.

The Fog

My mom and I went to the park yesterday and it was weird. From the calf down our legs were pretty chilly. Then we looked out onto the 'Hooch and there was a small bit of fog drifting over the water towards our direction. It was pretty cool.

Coke anyone?

My Mom is here visiting me :-) We went to the brand new World of Coca-Cola. It sure is big and has many more around the world soda's to try. Some are pretty darn nasty.

Amicalola Falls

Did I Say Peacock.....

This is a picture of a peacock that was walking around Bush Gardens in Tampa Florida. We were just sitting eating lunch and had to do a double take. There was this peacock walking around the tables. It was so interesting to watch.

Flowers

Isn't it nice to have fresh flowers in your house. It always make me smile and makes the room smell good too. Now I want to go out and buy a bouquet for myself :-)

A Sunset Thrill

This picture was taken at Cedar Point in Ohio. I say it's Roller Coaster at Sunset. I think there is at least three different coasters mixed in this pic. This was a fun park with many really cool coasters. Richie and I had a great time on vacation.

For this milestone, I wanted to post my wonderful family. This picture was taken quite a few Thanksgiving's ago. I love when my whole family can get together.

The Banyan Tree

This is the picture of a 70 year old Banyan tree that lives at Cypress Gardens Adventure in central Florida. My first job was here. After a devastating 2004 hurricane season with three hits (Charlie, Frances and Jeanne), the tree is still standing and looking even more fascinating.

Simon Says.....

.....don't scare me and I might let you pet me. This is my parent's cat Simon. He is a scaredy cat but really sweet. If you can't find him, just check under the guest room bed. Crazy little boy.

Love Thy Brother

Finished Project

Happy Grandparents Day

Today is Grandparents Day. SO.....be happy today Gramma. Love you and hope to see you real soon (no my grandmother doesn't have a computer but sometimes she goes over to my mom's house and my mom shows her stuff on the computer).

59 for a day

The night before my Mom's 60th birthday, I rented a room at the recognizable round Westin hotel in downtown Atlanta. Coincidentally, they gave us the 59th floor. That is a really cool hotel. It is completely round so the halls are rounded, the room is rounded........The windows were from ceiling to floor (and of course rounded). I wanted my mom and dad to stay there together but they didn't want me to leave so I slept on this of course rounded couch. OUCH. Really, it was a comfortable couch, but just not shaped right for sleeping.

My mom was really excited she got to stay in this hotel. Ever since this stay, she calls this HER hotel:-) She's so cute.

Cats and Computers

A couple of years ago, i got a new computer. Summer decided she would find new ways to use the computer monitor:

*Getting on top of it so she could see higher

*hide her toys behind it

*paw at it like the "Karate Kid"

*stalk Cybill from above

*use the wires as play things

*spy on what is being said on the new computer

Spanglish Household

Foot Long

Look it's a 4 year old foot. Sure is growing big. I think it's about a size 11 :-) I just can't believe it.

Look at this picture closely. Are you gettin' dizzy? Just kidding. This was a spiral stone staircase at one of the forts in Savannah. I liked how this picture turned out :-)

Maybe Someday

Dang, I really wish I could have taken a ride on one of these......I hear you get really stinky but I still would have taken a drive just to see how it is. I like 4 wheelers so I know I would have enjoyed a snow mobile. Maybe someday.
