Check out this picture. These two cop cars sat on the street outside my house for at least 25 minutes. (I don't know how long they were there before I noticed they were there). The one cop even got out of his car to smoke a cigarette.
So this is where the tax payer's money goes......

People wanted police protection. Guess, you have to take what you can get. Guess, the police decided to take their break on your street.
