APL Holiday Party

The Teddy Bear

Ok so ever since Apollo was a little kitten, he likes to drag things around. There use to be a big white teddy bear that use to sit on the guest bed. I use to find this bear all over the house. That bear was probably 2 times Apollo's size.

Well, now there is a smaller grey Disney teddy bear on the guest bed now. Today I was in the kitchen and I though i hear something so i looked around the corner and the grey bear was sitting at the bottom of the stairs all by itself.....So i laughed and went back into the kitchen. Then i went to see if the bear was still there and it wasn't. So i went to look for Apollo and under the Christmas tree (i put up Friday night) was Apollo and that darned teddy bear. HEHEHEHE

Brasstown Bald

On Saturday, I went with my friends Dawn and Mark to Brasstown Bald. This is the highest point in Georgia. It was very cold but we made it to the top. The observation deck wasn't open but the deck around it was. It must have snowed the night before. There were still patches of snow and ice lingering. Here are a few pictures

New Ride......

Scottie and Serkan got a new automobile. Check out their new ride. It's a good thing that the gas price around here is currently just under 2 dollars (Scottie just got gas at Costco for
1.96 today).

Mary's Little Helper

My manager Mary has a new puppy, Turner. He's a lab and is such a big helper. Here he is helping to load /clean the dishwasher. He says he's ecofriendly. By licking the plates clean, the dishwasher doesn't need to run at all which saves water and electricity.....hehehehe
Turner better get out of this habit. As soon as he gets bigger, the door may bend or even break off. Can't wait to hear this story from Mary in the months to come. He sure is a cutie though!!!!!

I did my duty today and voted. Took about 2 1/2 hours. Good thing is since Scottie lives down the street, we vote at the same place.

Big News

Today, my brother Richie told me that he and his girlfriend Laura had gotten engaged Friday Night. Wow, I am so happy for him. All I ever wish for him is to be happy :-)

Pooh Bear Bee.....

My Mom is finally here. She gets to spend the week with me.

Yesterday we went to my friend Amy's house. Sebastian got to show us his halloween costume. It's Pooh Bear dressed up as a bee. He didn't seem to like it much though....he was pulling on it and not looking so happy. He is so cute in it though!!!!!
