Well, last night a 130 mile an hour tornado ripped right through downtown Atlanta. It is crazy. They say a tornado has never hit downtown before. Here are some pictures I found on the internet of the distruction. The above picture is at the CNN / Omni hotel. It looks like all the windows were blown out.

A water pipe burst in Georgia World Congress Center and flooded the place. This stairwell looks like a water fountain....
This is the Westin (I rented a room for my Mom on her 60th birthday). Windows were blown out. You can see curtains hanging out. Many suburbs around downtown Atlanta were hit as well.

Many suburbs around downtown Atlanta were hit as well. Then today there were so many more pockets of serious storms that passed through the Atlanta area. It was a pretty scary day.
